Great show!
Great show guys :)
Makes me wish I weren't a teacher so I could go to Gencon next year. It just so happens it falls the first week of school for us :(
Thanks for the info on Slugfest games as well, I will be picking up Tiki Mountain for sure.

Hey Brandon.
It's not the same thing, I know, but hopefully our GenCon coverage will take a bit of the sting away from you not being able to go.
Tiki Mountain sounds fun, I agree! But is does sound a lot like the Cheapass classic Bitin' Off Headz where each player controls a suicidal dinosaur trying to be the first to throw itself into a volcano. I didnt get a rundown on the specific rules, so hopefully the mechanics are much different that Headz.
Excellent shows!
Fantastic job guys!
This set may be the best GenCon07 report I have heard so far. Thanks for the interviews. It is good to learn about the companies that don't get press much if at all. Spiel-a-thon sounded sweet. Wish I had been there. Maybe next year.
Take care,
tomg
Thanks, Tom! It's probably
Thanks, Tom!
It's probably impossible to do comprehensive coverage of something as big as GenCon, so one of our main goals is to wander off the beaten path to find interesting small press games and companies. It's a lot of work but it is fun work, to be sure. Glad to know our effort is appreciated.
We're already talking with Jay and hammering out the details for next year's Spiel-a-thon. Hopefully we'll see you there next year!
Spiel on!
