Since i have had a few emails regarding the silly voice in the clue for this puzzle, I thought I would clarify the first two words spoken. Here's the full text of the clue:

"Pittsburgh Terrible! [beep-beep-beep] [musical clip]"

For the first time, the silly voice is actually a hint to that part of the clue. It isn't a great impression, but it is a passable impression of an actual person's voice.
