Spiel-a-thon 2011 raises $1500!

Spiel-a-thon at BGG Con raised over $1500 for The Spiel Foundation!

More money means more game bundles for kids and seniors. We really appreciate all the support we receive from players and publishers alike.

Congrats to Kris Moulton and Jonathan Kinney for winning this year's team-trivia game!

Debbie Ohi took some wonderful photos for us:

Thanks to Beth Heile and John Knoerzer for being official scorekeepers throughout the event.

Thanks to Mark Wilder for writing questions for and emceeing the Final round.

Thanks to Scott Alden, Scott Nicholson, and John Knoerzer for joining finalists as "celebrity" players.

Thanks to Jon & Lainie Theys specifically and the entire BGG crew for making it so easy for us to run a charity event so far away from home.

Prize support this year came from:

Stronghold Games, Z-Man, AEG, WizKids, Funagain Games, APE Games, and Living Worlds Games

While the Spiel-a-thon happens but once a year, the work of the Foundation is year-round and we can always use your financial support. If you're interested in learning more or making a donation, visit:
